Born July 30, 1941 in Burbank, California, son of Frank Beyea and Marguerite Park Beyea. Graduated from Burbank High School in 1959.
Died in Litchfield Park, Arizona October 6, 2006 of multiple myeloma.
Joe is survived by his wife Gabriela and nephews Michael and Sam. A memorial honoring Joe was celebrated by his family in Sun City, Arizona on October 10, 2006. Donations in Joe's name can be made to KPFA radio station in Berkley.
