Marie (Mimi) Kelly, whose maiden name was Solivan, died November 30, 2009 in Tigard at the age of 86.
Born in Philadelphia April 16, 1923 to Milton Richard and Alice (Mogaral) Solivan, she was primarily raised in Burbank, California, where she graduated from Burbank High School in 1941.
On November 29, 1974, she met Donald Kelly in Portland and married him in Moscow, Idaho, where they lived for six years.

She was fortunate to see many parts of the world, including Africa, Spain and Malta, where they lived before settling back in Oregon in 1992. In her spare time, she loved reading, crossword puzzles, music, traveling and animals.
Survivors include her husband Donald of Tigard; five children; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. The date of a gathering of family and friends to celebrate Marie Kelly's life will be announced at a later date.
Memorial donations in her name may be sent to the Oregon Humane Society. Arrangements are in the care of Alternative Burial and Cremation.
