Richard R. “Dick’ Reinke, age 75, went to our Lord in Heaven at 11:21 p.m. on Tuesday, December 21, 2010, in Las Vegas, Nev. Dick was born June 17, 1935, in Glendale, Calif. to Jack and Mary Reinke. He graduated from Burbank High in Calif. in 1953, and joined the Navy in 1956. In 1958, he married Barbara.

Dick retired in 1987 from his air conditioning business in North Hollywood, Calif., and he and Barb moved to Bullhead City where he became a General Contractor.

“Dick, you put up such a brave fight to live,but now you are safe in God’s arms. We love you so much, and we miss you terribly.”

He was preceded in death by his father, Jack, mom, Mary, and brother, Don.

Dick leaves behind his wife of 52 years, Barb; two sons, Mark (Deb) and Kurt of Bullhead City; daughter, Mindy (Tim) of Henderson, Nev.; sister, Rosemary; two brothers, Glen and Jon, and sister Marla; granddaughter, Kelli; grandson, Scott (Candace); grandson, T.J.; great-grandson, Bryce; two nephews, Tony and Chris; and other nieces and nephews.

A family viewing and service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 28, 2010, at Desert Lawn Funeral Home, 9250 S. Ranchero Lane, Mohave Valley. A gravesite service will immediately follow at Desert Lawn Cemetery.
