Surviving are his wife, Carol; son, Jonathan; daughters, Pamela and Christina; sister, Kathy Scott; nephew, Jason Rutherford; niece, Jennifer Clark and parents, William & Emma Triplett.
Services will be at 2:30p.m. on Friday, December 29, 2006 at Forest Lawn Hollywood Hills in the Old North Church. Viewing on Thursday, December 28, 2006, 5:00pm-9:00pm
