Mr. DuMay is survived by his son, Daniel; daughter, Christine DuMay; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank D. DuMay ; brother, Bob; sister, Sue Schmidt. A memorial service will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday at the First Christian Church in North Hollywood. Burial is private. Donations may be made to the American Heart Association. The Valley Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
