Richard Campbell King, died February 25, 1998 of congestive heart failure at the age of 87.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Marjorie Holt King; daughter, Marcia King Miller of Anaheim Hills; son, Brian King of Boston, Massachusetts; and grandchildren, Mandy Miller of San Francisco, Ashley King of Seattle, Washington and Alison King of Boston, Massachusetts.
Richard graduated from Burbank High in 1929. He worked in the oil industry in Iran in the 1940's. He began work as an electrician in the 1950's and retired in 1973. He was a member of the Los Angeles Masonic Temple. He traveled to the Middle East, New Zealand and Mexico. He took up motorcycling at the age of 72 and was an avid rider until the age of 86. He was a Fullerton resident since 1954.
