1924 - 2018
Owen passed away December 25, 2018, in Palos Verdes, California. He was born on January 30, 1924 in Burbank, and was a 40-year resident of La Canada Flintridge, and resided in Palos Verdes for the past 29 years.
Owen, a Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Army, served under General George S. Patton in the Third Army and the Occupation of Japan in World War II.
He was married to his loving wife Jean E. Dossen for 63 years and is survived by his children, son Joseph S. Dossen; daughters Susan J. Farmer, Jan M. Black and Judy E. Dossen; his 10-grandchildren and 21-great grandchildren.
