Elden Dale Billups, 67, of Yucaipa died of cardiac arrest Sunday January 6, 1991 at Redlands Community Hospital. Billups, a native of Bloomington, Nebraska, lived in San Bernardino County for 37 years.
Surviivors include his wife, Ella; three sons, Donald and Dan, both of Yucaipa, and Jack of Escondido; a daughter, Janel Eckels of Redlands; two brothers, Bill of Camarillo and Larry of Glendale; two sisters, Alta Dean of Mission Hills and Lenora Sells of Van Nuys; 11 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m. todayat Emmerson-Bartlett Calimesa Chapel, 1000 Calimesa Blvd. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Desert Lawn Cemetery, 11251 Desert Lawn Drive, Calimesa.
