Dorothy was a resident of Monterey Park, California. She is survived by husband Merwin W. Chew of 59 years of marriage and children Cheryl Anne Musacchia, Gary William Chew, Brian Lee Chew, Eric Eugene Chew, 12 grandchildren and sister Eleanor Kanthack. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimers Association.
