December 18, 1939 - April 5, 2005
Bill Tebbe, a lifetime resident of Burbank, passed away on April 5, 2005. He was 65. Bill retired in December of 1999 after over 40 years of service to the Saunders/R.S. Hughes Company as Vice President. He ran track at Burbank High School and Glendale College where he still holds a record.
Bill's life-long love of classic cars culminated following his retirement with his complete restoration of a 1933 Ford pick-up truck.
Bill is survived by his wife of 42 years, Irene; their children, William Tebbe and his wife Julie, Wendy Mullins and her husband Dennis, and Bob Tebbe. Also surviving are his five granddaughters, Valerie, Jessica and Melissa Mullins, and Morgan and Mary Tebbe; his father of 94 years, L. William Tebbe; mother-in-law, Ruth Hummer; and his sister Margaret Haase.

Bill was a long-time supporter of USC Athletics. He founded the Verdugo Trogan Club and was president for many years, and was also an active member of the South Bay Trogan Club until his passing.
