Ignacio Banuelos, BHS Custodian
Ignacio Banuelos, 67, died Aug. 21, 2001, in a Panorama City hospital.
Mr. Banuelos was born in Guadalajara, Mexico. He is formerly of Burbank. He lived in Sun Valley for 41 years.
Mr. Banuelos was a custodian for Burbank Unified School District and worked at Burbank High School for 10 years.
He is survived by his wife, Ramona Banuelos; daughters Esperanza A. Powell, Susanna A. Sandoval, Teresa Banuelos, Elsa Hall and Tina B. Walling; sons Victor R. Banuelos and Elias R. Banuelos; sister Antonia B. Wheeler; 18 grandchildren; and niece Letisha K. Diaz.
A funeral Mass was Friday at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Sun Valley. Interment was at San Fernando Mission Cemetery. Eckerman-Heisman Funeral Service was in charge of arrangements.Burbank Leader, August 25, 2001
