Janet Ludecke, 76, died March 3, 2002, in Colton. Ms. Ludecke was born Aug. 30, 1925, in Los Angeles. She lived in Burbank for 73 years.
Ms. Ludecke was a housewife. She was a member of the Ex-Airforce Mothers Assn., and she and her husband worked on Burbank's Tournament of Roses floats.
Ms. Ludecke was preceded in death by her husband, Charles, and her sister Jo Perry. She is survived by daughter and son-in-law Alice and Tommy Butler of Victorville; son and daughter-in-law Robert and Kathy Ludecke of Big Bear; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; brother Frank Perry of Apple Valley; sisters Marie Getchel of Union City and Betty Perry of Burbank; as well as several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service is at 1 p.m. March 16 at the First Christian Church, 221 S. 6th
