Eric N. Friday, 32, died Saturday, January 29, 1994, at home in Lake Almanor Peninsula.
He was born November 28, 1961, in Burbank and had been a resident of Lake Almanor Peninsula since November 1992 coming from Palmdale, California. He had been employed by Security Pacific Bank as a computer specialist for eight years.
He was a member of Community United Methodist Church in Chester, the Glendale Model Train Club; the Feather River Rail Society in Portola, the Santa Monica Conservancy and he played the flute.
He is survived by his parents, Rudolph and Nancy Friday of Lake Almanor Peninsula; his brothers, Wayne of Bouget Canyon and James of La Crescenta; his grand-mother Edna Reed of Chico; one niece and one nephew.
Funderal services were held on Tuesday, Feb 1 at the Chester Community United Methodist Church. Burial followed at the Chester District Cemetery in Chester.
Eric Friday was a dear friend to me and All of us in the band. He marched with such precision, the entire band unit cued from his tall stature. A man with so much to offer, we lost him far too soon!
