Kenneth Alan Weber , 58, of Fountain Hills, AZ passed away on July 7, 2007. He was born in Burbank, California on May 29, 1949 and graduated from Burbank High School in 1967.

In 2003, Ken moved to Fountain Hills to spend time with his sister and mother. He is survived by his caring sister, Sharon Weber of Fountain Hills, three cousins, Pat Toskes of Florida, Ginger VanAtta of Michigan, John Sponsel of Maryland, and his Aunt Dorothy Sponsel of Maryland.


Ken was predeceased by his father William Peter Weber in 1982, his mother Muriel Weber in 2007, and his brother William Ronald Weber in 1992. Ken was employed with Recovery Innovations of Arizona, Inc. (formerly Meta Services) for nearly 2 years as a peer mentor for people receiving services for chronic homelessness and substance abuse challenges. Ken loved to carry the message of hope and recovery to others both in his employment role and in the community.


He was also an avid sports enthusiast who loved to spend his free time watching football games with his close friend Rick Mollins of Fountain Hills. Ken was a loving and gentle soul who brought tremendous joy to the lives of many. A memorial service will be held on Friday July 13, 2007 at 10:00am at Church of the Ascension, 12615 N. Fountain Hills Blvd, Fountain Hills, AZ.

I'm semi-retired and live in Fountain Hills ,Az. Am helping my sister take care of our mom who has Alzheimers. I drove truck over the road for many years. I'm taking life somewhat easy and enjoying it today, one day at a time.
