Douglas Harrison Geyer, 85, passed away on May 2, 2010 with his family at his side. Most of his life was spent in the San Fernando Valley attending school at Burbank High, working in general construction and working for the Department of Water and Power in Los Angeles for 20 years. He served in the Army during WWII.
After building his retirement home in Big Bear Lake, he remained a resident for 22 years. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Jean, daughter, Layne Heintz (Husband Gene), Son, Randall H. Geyer, 4 granchildren and 4 great grandchildren. He will be missed!
