Dodi E. Stucky of Grass Valley died June 29, 2008 after a very short battle with lung cancer.

Dodi was born January 8, 1927, in Nationa City. She lived most of her life in Burbank. She worked at the Burbank Daily Review, the Burbank Police Department, and over 18 years at NBC Burbank. She and her husband, Lon, retired in Grass Valley in 1978.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Terry Stucky and Bill Stallard of Las Vegas; son and daughter-in-law, Paul and Joy Atwood of Lake Havasu City, Arizona; grandchiildren Bill Stallard of Sacramento, Robin Heywood of Reno, Nevada, and Aja Atwood of Lake Havasu City, Arizona; two great-grandchildren; sister, Betty Graves of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, and numerous family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her sisters Shirley Clute and Carol Lane, and the love of her life, Husband Lon Stucky, a veteran and former Lighting Director with NBS and Bob Hope.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made tp Hospice of the Foothills in Grass Valley or a charity of the donor's choice. Arrangements are under the direction of Chapel of the Angels Mortuary in Grass Valley.
