Ms. Case is survived by her husband, Randy; sons, R. J. and Mark; brothers, Bill, Bob and Doug; and sister, Phyllis.No funeral services were held. The family requests memorial donations be made to Embracing Hospice Care, 2160 Fountain Drive, Snellville, GA 30078.
