September 8, 1945 - May 8, 2015
Passed away in Burbank on May 8th at the age of 69. Dave was a dedicated teacher at Luther Burbank Junior High and Burbank High School for 37 years. He is survived by his wife Deborah and his two children Penni and Robert.

Mr. Wasserman taught me more in the one semester of social studies (or whatever it was called then) than practically all my other classes at BHS. He taught us about the stock market, yellow journalism, capitalism and so much more. Rest In Peace.
