Pam was born to Jack and Lois Gentz on September 20, 1949 in Peoria, Illinois. The family moved to California when Pam was a teenager. After retirement, she moved back to California in 2020 to be closer to family.

In addition to being a loving daughter, sister, mother and grandmother, Pam also loved traveling, snow skiing, Nascar, the Denver Broncos, her animals and had a strong faith. All who met her always commented on how sweet and kind she was.
