Winifred Bell died May 6. 2001, She was 75. Mrs. Bell graduated from Burbank High and worked at the Lockheed Aircraft Plant during World War II. She moved to Sunnvale in 1958 with the creation of the Lockheed operations in Sunnyvale.
Mrs. Bell is survived by her two children, Raymond and Marjorie Garrod; her sister Connie; and four grandchildren, Melissa, Luke, Sarah and Walter.
